Deployment story

Figure out what the deployment story is and how we can safely deploy a new version of the experience to production. Create documentation that explains this as well.

@taxmeifyoucan I still see the development build is being deployed to production, can we still deploy the production bits instead? (npm run build)

@mohamedmansour Production build runs at https://pscrawl2.ethdevops.io/, domain needs to be changed. I am waiting for devops to step in and handle the domain
