I am using the app with a Nokia 5.4 with Android 11 (One). Since an update to Android 11, the scan does not work because the camera cannot be found. the internal camera (Google camera) is deactivated

The same is happening on my Xiaomi Mi A3. I have uninstalled stock camera and use Opencamera. Adobescan works, but Openscan fails to use the camera.
