Add in USA Letter paper size

Firstly, its a fantastic app, and very responsive.

Being able to tell the app the paper size so its scans are stretched/transformed to fit would make it even better! I did a brief search for A4, A3 etc. in case I could propose a quick patch, but unfortunately there are just too many places in the code to set it for a beginner like me...
