Craft 5 - open source geo service location search

Description

Is serch by location meant to work with open source geo service? I have a few entries with their map field all filled in, however no matter what query I write, it returns 0 entries.

I have no errors whatsoever, there are just no results based on any query

I suspect this might be similar to https://github.com/ethercreative/simplemap/issues/392 but I am not 100% sure as that's searching by lat/lng but that doesn't work for me either

Steps to reproduce

1. Craft 5
2. Crate a few entries with map field addresses filled in
3. Try to query based on a random location (that would still find a couple of entries)
4. See if it returns any results

Additional info

• Craft version: 5.2.1
• Maps version: 5.0.0
• PHP version: 8.3
• Database driver & version: MySQL 8

Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately not, everything I tried failed so far so I decided not to use the feature at the moment.

I am running the latest version 5.0.4 with Craft Pro 5.6.11
