Sortable Colums and Search for Installed Plugins

When having 15 and more plugins installed you loose easily the overview as no A-Z or search functionality is available for Installed plugins.

Unfortunately, the top part "Installed Plugins" of the plugins list has not had the same functionality as the lower part "Available Plugins" This makes it difficult to keep an overview - being able to sort and find plugins fast, communicate last update dates when having problems. I would suggest simply copy the full functionality of the "Available plugins" Search and sortable Columns to the "Installed Plugins" section.

Nice and easy low hanging feature should mostly be copy/paste logic from available plugins section
