ST Mode does not trigger Lock Manager code update

Using current version of Lock Manager and device handler. Users access can be controlled according to the SmartThings server mode.
Although the ST server Mode changes, updates to lock are unpredictable. Usually 45 minutes or more after mode has changed.

Is there a way that Lock Manager could “push” the access changes closer to the time the ST mode changes?
