Memory leaked with Mockingbird in PHP7.4 & 8.0

Enviroment

PHP 7.4.13: https://jenkins.pmmp.io/job/PHP-7.4-Aggregate/12/ PHP 8.0.3RC1: https://jenkins.pmmp.io/job/PHP-8.0-Aggregate/4/ System: Ubuntu 18.06 Arch: amd64

Reproduce

  1. Start server with latest Mockingbird and PHP7.4 | 8.0
  2. Wait for a day while players play the server.
  3. compare memory usuage with before

Expected

all useless memory needs be collected

yes but memory doesn't leak with my plugin
