Fix and merge tests.

The tests from stv, in ete4/smartview/tests/ and that run using pytest, should probably be integrated with the ones in ete4/test (which run with things like python -m ete4.test.test_tree.

And they all need fixing mainly due to the changes of the hybrid Tree class from stv and ete!
