Make results of searches appear aligned ("matching points")

After we do a search, when we draw, the backend sends information about the nodes that are the result of a search, and about the parents of the results (and also if there are in a group of collapsed nodes). We represent them in the gui with a thicker length line for the parents, and a nodebox highlight for the results.

Instead of that (or in addition to that -- to check with Jaime!), we would like to show where the resulting nodes are in an aligned panel, which shows with a colored dot if a node appears as the result of a search.
