Reminders to do a sync

If background syncing is not possible. Please add a setting on how often the app will push a reminder to do a manual sync. With options like 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, etc. This way iOS users will remember to do a manual sync often to ensure their calendars are up to date and any events they have created are pushed to the server for others to get.
