Create Administration page
As per #65

@jberkus Hey! Regarding setting up of the administration page, is it about structuring the operations guide, upgrading and benchmarks under this page or is it something more? Is it this that you expect from the Administration page?
Maybe? It's a question of how the docs are primarily organized. If they're not under a top-level section called "administration" then it makes sense to have a resource page.
These are likely out of date now, but they may still be a good starting point for creating/organising the Administration information:

yeah, I thought so. Administration is one of the headings under "reference".
So, given that Administration is a major section, I'm not clear on why we'd have an administration page.
