Bouncing notifications doesn't show in the right spot on iPad

When having a bouncing icon it doesn't always work on every orientation.

I have pushbullet with and outstanding notification

It shows only on the lower right corner when in landscape

I'm on an iPad Air iOS 9.0.2

Can confirm same behavior on ios 10.2.0 iPad Pro 9.7
