Add max-backups for ftp/sftp

Currently the max amount of backups only can be deleted when we talk about the local backup. But if we move this backup somewhere else with ftp/sftp the plugin cant look in this backup folder for max amount of files. It would be enought to see "Folder contains more then x files" so remove oldest...

So please add max-backups for the moving after the backup ftp sftp so the oldest one will be deleted. Im sure this is possible to add :)
