Protections not working under bellow negative layers

Plugin says that suppoerts 1.17+ If you try to use them on 1.18.2 bellow negative layers they won't work anymore, you won't be able to remove them and if you use /ps list it'll show that you still have it but actually don't.

now problem has been solved, you can compile source code from master branch.
