Choose between multiple templates while creating new note from map

Hi, i am curious if i am missing something, but i went through all the documentation and checked the issues as well.

i would like to be able to choose different templates from the interactive map right click menu.

i do have multiple templates for creating a location note, like location, landmark, park etc., and i would like to be able to choose between them when rightclicking the map and creating a new note. i also have a seperate folder destination for each of those templates, which is triggered from the template itself.

That's super useful. I don't know when I'll be able to get to this, but it would certainly serve lots of users. Perhaps in the meantime there's a possible work-around by using a single template, but have it used together with the Templater plugin and maybe also some quick actions/button plugin, to reformat/append the geolocation note according to what you need it for?

I managed a workaround for now with some js, templater and modal forms.

@teqdeq - would love a little insight on how you accomplished this. Don't need a full tutorial but at least some steps. I was going to investigate using a Quick Add macro.
