Support GItHub gists, much like http://raw.githack.com does: https://gistcdn.githack.com/tjconcept/69994c78c8f5b8008258353292787519/raw/f31a2ce182d460910cdf6a52aba7d7c346e56e57/index.js

GitHub Gists provide the interesting "secret" mode which is "access by knowledge". It means a CDN is able to relay it without it being "discoverable".
