Use case

A character endpoint that returns all the skins the char already has injected so i can make a tool that shows people what skins they have/are lacking for ships they like/doctrines we use.

Example returns

typeID of all the skins that are injected is all that's needed.

May also want to include Time Remaining - for those few skins that aren't permanent and are injected.

It would be nice if it just exposed all SKINs available in the character sheet by typeID with an owned flag, much like the character sheet does, but the original request would be a huge improvement for my weird SKIN collecting habit by itself.
