Improve mapping of eSDScom by removing remarks / additional information where not requested in annex II

This issue is meant to collect such phrase fields which have no real place in the SDS, were introducted in the early days to cover any other info which might be interesting - but proves hard to understand and hard map to existing fields for implementers.
