Add Support for Roccat Vulcan II max

I just acquired a roccat vulcan ii max. Your software looks really nice, but it doesn't seem to detect this keyboard yet.

Device to add support for Bus 005 Device 003: ID 1e7d:2ee2 ROCCAT ROCCAT Vulcan II Max

I tried to capture the usb communications as detailed in your wiki. I hope this is sufficient.
