Feature request: open extension when visiting a GraphQL endpoint

Great work on the extension, I just thought it would be cool if the extension could open automatically when you try to go to a GraphQL endpoint instead of showing the usual GET query missing. message.

So something like:

1. Visit http://www.domain.com/graphql
2. Open extension with http://www.domain.com/graphql URL already set
