BlockViewer: Be able to point at a table because Managed Instance sucks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. You can export data from XE files to tables in SSMS. This is often easier than trying to deal with the files yourself because Microsoft hates you, the end user.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to supply a table name parameter that will take database.schema.tablename and bypass the XML collection from XE to hit a table directly.

Describe alternatives you've considered Just hating MI more.
