Different Colors for x and y axis labels

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I have modified my version to allow different colours (axis labels and values) 
which nicely 
separates or layers the information. - See file attached. Note ragged edges of 
line as in my 
last post which I would like to get rid of.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
