Stage override for TMP dir

Describe the request In my setup i have one drive that can do 2 staggered jobs and one that can't. I would like to set override to one of the directories, so one can be set to major 2 and other to major 4. That would significantly increase ploting speed due to not waiting for copy to destination. Right now i need to override via job limit and the drive is sitting almost empty waiting for network storage to recive ~100GB

the easy work around here is to just have a second temp directory on one of the drives.
