Not able to build using Visual Studio 2019 in Windows 10

I was trying to build the project from Visual Studio 2019 using platform tool set v142 and run into an error:

Cannot open include file: "windows/port.h"

What could be the issue? I wasn't able to find the file windows/port.h in the Windows SDK either.
