Tagreader sometimes returns dicts instead of floats for values from PI

If the value is bad pi will return a dict instead of a float though tagreader.read. This is not the intended behaviour. We expect only floats back. This should be changed.

Check tag TT-10492/Meas1/5mMID for december 2024 to reproduce the error.
