Reading PER does not work

Reading PER worked with the odbc option. This has now been removed for tagreader version > 4. Reading PER data with 'aspenone' does not work.

Contact [email protected] for an explanation of why it cannot work the way it is programmed now. He can also suggest how to fix it.
