Is there a default CMS login?

Have managed to get this project set up so I can run the front-end. Is there a login for the CMS though so I can see how it all looks in there?

Managed to figure out I need to use the util/login.aspx (http://foundation/util/login.aspx in my case) but no default user credentials seem to be supplied in the README unless I've missed them.
