ci: document how to use demo SDK for CI builds

Results of a discussion with @dirk-zimoch:

The way that the UA SDK is used for Travis builds is not documented and complex.

There should be a note how to set this up, and a warning in the README that Travis builds using the UA SDK will not work for forks.
