Event labels

As a planner, I want to track certain properties for my event in a structured way. This can include

• a state of the event (offered/accepted/billed/paid)
• whether food will be offered to volunteers
• whether volunteers will receive monetary compensation
• ...

This could be solved by introducing event labels. They can be shown next to the event description and maybe also to some extent on the event list (as a label or as a filter). Further discussion needed for implementation details.

I think pretix meta variables are similar to this.

Additional wish by users: different visibility for these (e.g. to display the phone number of a contact person only to participants)
