Correction on the table information

Hello, I was the one who questioned on the results in FedDF paper yesterday. FYI, I think alphas in Table 1 should be corrected to (100, 1.0), not (1.0, 0.1). Here, alpha=1.0 might be used for Non-IID condition. For Table 2, results look good.
