Measurement with email privacy

Hi,

From the documentation it seems email address domain is the main (or only) way to link a contribution to a company.

I wonder how email privacy (https://docs.github.com/en/account-and-profile/setting-up-and-managing-your-personal-account-on-github/managing-email-preferences/setting-your-commit-email-address#setting-your-commit-email-address-on-github) may impact the count, and if it's possible to use for example organisational membership as different / supplemental way to count without requiring email anonymity to be disabled?
