Timeout on request

During a slow connection or when the API is very far it often happens that the server answers never arrive and in this case of error there is no timeout to handle the error...

Hey! I'm really sorry for the late reply. API's selection or slow connection were a really issue back then. However, EOS Rio released version 0.7.1 which might solve these problems and you a better user experience. I'll paste the link here for you: https://github.com/eosrio/simpleos/releases/tag/v0.7.1
