Hello, is there a specific reason why there is no parameter to set a scheme path. I would suggest to use `--scheme `. Default path would be the default scheme....

Currently, indoor=room is not rendered at all when rendering indoor maps which makes some maps look interestingly empty.

Trams would be nicer with tracks (like the trains) to be distinguished from buses.
