Startup instructions

Hey guys, this looks interesting but I am having trouble finding out how to actually get started and play around w/ this app. The readme seems somewhat lacking... Any tips ?

After I created a database.yml and added sqlite3 to the Gemfile I was able to run db:setup and actually get something started.. IMHO this should be in the readme
