envato-wordpress-toolkit Plugin update support

I have created a library to add support for automatic plugin updates https://github.com/kasparsd/envato-automatic-plugin-update

I could also create a pull request which adds plugin support to this core plugin. Please let me know if that is something you would be interested in.

@DistinctiveThemes What do you mean by "built into the toolkit"? The library that I linked above is meant to be included with the plugin that you are selling.

Oh i see! So I can just include the toolkit plugin via TGM and whack this into my plugin!!

I will merge this into the next feature release, the next release tomorrow is a hotfix to address some API issues. Thanks you for your work and I'll add it into the core ASAP. Sorry for the long delay in responding back.
