Can you please write one or two sentences on what this ticket is referring to? I assumed that it has to do with DevOps but could be wrong. Thank you!

ahh no this is in the constraint system but pretty much how we can say only talk to address x as a constraint we can also read into the data of a tx slice of the first I believe 5 digits (would have to verify) and match them to make sure they are approved functions to talk to

so for example allowing a user to trade on uniswapV2 but not allow them to add liquidity

This is a proposal for a program - so it belongs in this repo rather than entropy-core
