c10t cannot find nor render nether because arguments are insufficicient

c10t is not passed correct options to render nether worlds. For example

In order to render nether, the -w argument needs to have "DIM-1" appended to the given directory, and "-N --hell-mode" appended to whatever other $CARTO_OPTIONS are given.

I will try my own fix, and submit a patch or a pull request.
