EzAAI extract a list / folder of genomes?

Hi,

Thanks for your hard work on this tool. Is there a way that I can supply a list of genomes to calculate (one genome per line) to help perform an all versus all comparison later? I can rig something up with parallel but it would be great to have a command line option to this effect. Please let me know if you have any questions!

This is a feature I planned to implement before (see issue #25) but procrastinated forever due to my other businesses 😅
I will be able to look into this soon, definitely not in another year. Thanks for the ping!
