Click-casting doesn’t work for some spells

On Resto Shaman, Primordial Wave doesn’t work, and on Paladin "Lay on Hands" doesn’t work.

I have to use custom mouseover for them as a workaround.

Actually, this workaround doesn’t work. Same problem as this ticket: https://github.com/enderneko/Cell/issues/202
