Progress bar stops working after app is inactive and then becomes active once again

I have the bar inside of a collectionviewcell. When the app goes to the bg and then I open the app again the bar stops functioning. I suspect it might have something to do with tintColorDidChange being implemented

@eni9889 please, check my pull request. The problem is CA, it stops animation when the app goes BG.
