"Jump to Symbol" Hotkey/Menu

I've recently learned VSCode's Jump to Symbol hotkey (Ctrl+T), and it would be nice to be able to globally hop between TUs based on symbol name in a similar way. Would probably require a hover menu to be able to select a specific function when multiple TUs share a symbol name.
