Re-evaluate BTO

We noticed that BTO currently contains quite some terms, which are ill-defined for usages as an ontology (however seem to be okay as a thesaurus). Example:

Adding this ontology to eNanoMapper needs to be re-evaluated @egonw @DeniseSl22

The original ontology is indeed insufficient. But a few predicates on the ENMO side would allow to still import these terms making a clear distinction between cells/cell lines (where even if the labels here say AML-12 cell or BRL cell these are actually cell lines.)
