Register EMSE as accepting RR with OSF
EMSE can ask David Mellor at OSF to list it as a journal accepting RR on http://cos.io/rr
Sounds ok to me if it is ok that we only do this in a Special Issue for now. We are not ready to do this as a permanent track/Paper type.
