Figure out hosting of RR phase 1

Phase 1 registrations need to be hosted somewhere. For example, OSF maintains a hosting infrastructure with templates. We could also consider allowing embargo periods (where the registration is held in confidence).

Are you just looking for some place to host the accepted pdfs? Or are you looking for somewhere to consolidate things over the years? The example you have seems to be a template format but just wondering if pdfs somewhere is OK too.

I think we could maybe have some proceedings PDF which is 1-2 pages and describes the phase 1 study, and then a registry with all the specifics as well. Some folks will need a proceedings entry to travel I think.
