how to extract data from this kine of pdf?

Hi everyone I have a pdf file that outputted from another app. I want to read data like text from highlighted section I used pdfsharp extract extension method do each way that was in the internet but I couldn't do that. please see this pdf file format and help me to do that. file.pdf

Did you add the yellow highlighting to the PDF? Did you analyze the PDF? What have you found?

yes I have highlighted. I have test this pdf with many c# library and your library but they couldn't read it. but simple text pdf can be read .
