Super res works for non HDR content, but stays inactive with all HDR content

Here are my settings on 4080 SUPER

HDR activates automatically (I set it to switch on/off on Fullscreen,m but same result for Windowed/Full).

Source filters all unchecked (per https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GaQvHLRVxgs suggestion)

Would appreciate any help.
