[Bug]: REV indicator sprite does not use additive blend mode

As originally alluded to here (though I didn't know what was accounting for the effect), the REV indicator light, when lit in the PC port, is solid red (as it appears in the texture file). In the Xbox version, it correctly renders with an orange glow. I believe this is because the blend mode for the texture is different from the rest (this effect can be partially replicated in photo editors by making the layer blend mode "addition").
C2C PC (this version redraws the unlit sprite to be larger, I think to make it look less weird on PC/PS2 where the effect does not work):

Are you on a quest trying to find every smallest issue with the tweaks? Because this stuff will likely never be fixed...
