[Bug]: Rebinding Controller can break menu navigation and Online Account Issue

Describe your issue here (please attach the OutRun2006Tweaks.log file with your report, you can drag+drop it into the text area)

Not complaining, just letting you know. I rebound the Accelerate button to the A button on my Xbox controller. I did this during gameplay and it worked fine. After the game ended, the A button no longer allowed me to accept any menu options and I was also unable to rebind the button back to the trigger button. The analog triggers don't appear to be recognized by the rebinding system.

I had a look around for an .ini file that might allow me to manually fix the binding but couldn't find one. To solve the issue I uninstalled and reinstalled everything which reset the bindings. An in game 'reset key binds to default' option would be very useful while teething problems are resolved.

After reinstalling, I ran into another issue. I'd previously signed up to play multiplayer, but after reinstalling I was no longer able to access that online account. My login details no longer worked. I know this is all new stuff and I'm not complaining. Just giving you a heads up. I created a new online account to solve that issue for now.

While I'm here, thanks for your work on this project. Great stuff and thoroughly enjoying replaying this classic.

I rebound the Accelerate button to the A button on my Xbox controller.

The game uses the buttons you bind as shift up and shift down for accept and back in menus, By default shift up is A and shift down is B. So current workaround is to bind your shift buttons first and then anything else.
