You have to use the control HDR mod to change the dlss version.

Stock control is like the one game that didn't let you swap out the dlss version.
Its the same, i belive? https://www.nexusmods.com/control/mods/90?tab=description Im already using it, it provides the same dlaa as this mod, question is why it's not working with DLSSTweaks
