How to modify DLAA preset if the game has built-in DLAA option?

The game is Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered. The default in-game DLAA preset is D. If I go to DLSSPresets section inside DLSSTweaks ConfigTool and change the preset of DLAA to C then in game it still shows as D. Only after I change ForceDLAA to True then the preset is changed to C in game, but shouldn't ForceDLAA only be used when there's no in-game DLAA option?
